Kuoba is a comprehensive management platform designed for churches, religious organizations, associations, nonprofits, clubs, and community groups. The Service provides tools for member management, financial tracking, event coordination, messaging, asset management, attendance tracking, and reporting.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
One person or organization may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Organization Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you enter into the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Data.
You must have the necessary consents to input personal data of your organization's members into the platform.
You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws when managing member information through our platform.
We do not claim ownership over Your Data and will not use it for purposes other than providing the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
Send unsolicited communications (spam) through our messaging features.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it.

Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
